1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Mix peanut butter, honey, vinegar, soy sauce, bouillon, oil, and hot sauce in blender. Saute tofukan and onion in hot oil until browned. Cook noodles according to package directions. Mix noodles, sauce, and tofukan. Add jar of peanut sauce, after heating it for 90 seconds in microwave. If too cold, reheat in microwave. Top with scallions and peanuts, if desired. Makes 4-8 servings.
