1/4 cup peanut butter
1 Tbsp. ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. tamari
1 tsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. maple syrup
dash cayenne
1/4 cup water

Blend all ingredients.

Use as dipping sauce for veggies or sauce for noodles.

Makes about 1/2 cup.
