HAMANTASCHEN DOUGH #3
This is the easiest dough, from The Jews for Jesus
Family Cookbook
 

3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup orange juice
4 3/4 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

prune lekvar, poppy seed filling, or jam


In large bowl, mix together oil, sugar, eggs and juice until well-blended.  Sift together dry ingredients and 
add to this mixture.  Blend dough together well and 
refrigerate, covered, for at least 1 hour.  Remove dough from refrigerator.  Divide dough into 3 parts.  Roll each piece out to 1/4-inch thick on well-floured board.  Cut and fill as in first recipe.  Bake on a greased baking sheet, slightly apart, at 375 degrees for 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
