GARLICKY BRUSCHETTA

4 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 very small onion, finely chopped
5 large cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. dried oregano
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp. olive oil
seasoned salt, salt, and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in medium-sized bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.  Serve on slices of plain, grilled, or lightly toasted french bread, italian bread, or baguettes rubbed with garlic and olive oil.  If desired, you can grill briefly just before eating, but this is not necessary.  You may also use as a dip with crackers.
