Place apples in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine dry ingredients; add melted butter, mixing until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture over apples. Bake in preheatd moderate over (375 degrees) 30 minutes or until apples are tender. Makes 6 servings. Note: For a vegan version, substitute soy margarine for butter. This is delicious served with
